Vladislava’s practice centers on criminal defense for businesses, including matters involving corruption and official misconduct, as well as cases arising from lending, financial transactions, and insolvency proceedings. She is also involved in complex, high-stakes criminal cases of a general nature.
She is actively engaged in pro bono and public interest initiatives and serves on the expert working group advising the Moscow Business Ombudsman.
Vladislava has received a formal commendation from the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for her contribution to the development of pro bono legal services.
While in law school, she worked as a laboratory assistant in the Forensics Laboratory of the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Selected Project Experience:
- Identifying and mitigating criminal law risks arising from corporate operations and counterparty relationships, including in the context of insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
- Preparing a legal memorandum assessing criminal exposure and outlining potential defense strategies in a case involving alleged bid rigging and restrictions of competition in public tenders.
- Assisting in the defense of a public official charged with accepting a bribe in an especially large amount.
- Participating in the representation of a bankruptcy trustee in litigation and criminal proceedings concerning the unlawful diversion of assets from a company undergoing insolvency.
