Igor Khodakov is a highly qualified lawyer with over 16 years of experience working in various divisions of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. Throughout his career, Igor has investigated criminal cases related to white-collar crimes, corruption, and abuse of power. He has held various positions, including forensic investigator, special case investigator, and deputy head of the investigative department.
In 2024, after obtaining the status of attorney, Igor joined the CDF team as a partner. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the legal system make him an invaluable team member, capable of tackling the most complex challenges and finding optimal solutions for clients.

Current Projects (selective):
- Defending an employee of a construction company involved in the reconstruction of transportation hubs following an industrial accident. As a result of Igor’s work, a thorough reexamination of all technical internal documentation was conducted, along with an examination of the approved regulations for this type of work, which contributed to the successful defense of the client
