ECHO MOSCOW’S ‘BIZNES VPRAVE’ ON MARCH 26: ALEXEY NOVIKOV, EPSILON LLC CEO ANDREY TESTOEDOV AND SPC SHTANDART CEO ROMAN SUKHANOV

On March 26, on Echo Moscow’s broadcast of ‘Biznes Vprave’ programme hosted Epsilon LLC CEO Andrey Testoedov, SPC Shtandart CEO Roman Sukhanov, and Criminal Defense Firm Managing Partner Alexey Novikov.

The programme covered the issues of how available the justice for business is, pressure and current restrictions in business,  frame-up cases, mistakes in business and how trustworthy the Russian legal system is for business. Businessmen told about unjustified criminal prosecutions for several cases, including the charges for the embezzlement of the Russian Ministry of Defense funds. They also highlighted lawyers’ competence, ways to protect a business from criminal risks, and how to timely assess and minimize these risks.

They focused the audience’s attention on the effective teamwork of lawyers and businesses in case law enforcement agencies begin to show any amount of interest, even minimal.
